Empty Bowls brings together local artists with local restaurants to benefit the local food pantries and meal programs in the metro Milwaukee area. Artists, teachers and students from Southeastern Wisconsin create and donate more than 2000 one of a kind bowls for this event; while over 50 area restaurants and bakeries donates soup and bread to be served in the bowls.
