What an Opportunity!

Students majoring in Graphic Design, Photography and Illustration at CUW benefit from Concordia's cooperative education program with the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD). As one of the country's premier, accredited colleges of art and design, MIAD offers Concordia students access to state-of-the-art studio/technology facilities. The student/faculty ratio at MIAD is 16:1, and all faculty are working artists, designers, writers and researchers

Transportation to MIAD

CUW students are responsible for making their own arrangements for travel to/from the MIAD campus.  The Art Department distributes a list of carpool options for students each semester.  In addition, limited bus service on Ozaukee County Express Bus #143 is available from the corner of Port Washington Road and Highland (by the Highland House) to downtown Milwaukee. Bus schedules may be obtained in the Art Office (Loeber 107).
