
Concordia University Wisconsin has been offering a baccalaureate degree in nursing since 1982. In the fall of 1995, Concordia began a Master of Science in Nursing (MS). CUW Nursing faculty members are all published and recognized leaders in their field of expertise. Today, the nursing program at Concordia University has approximately 250 students in it. Concordia's nursing graduates rank at or near the top yearly in passing rate for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) of all Wisconsin public and private collegiate nursing schools.

- Emphasis on Christian nursing responses for human life
- Beginning sophomore year, clinical experiences in both hospitals and community agencies
- Explore knowledge from liberal arts curriculum
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 4 years
Attention TRANSFER Nursing applicants

LPN to RN Program
Leading to a B.S. in Nursing
- Credits from previous coursework will be reviewed allowing LPN for advanced placement
- Program can be completed in 3 academic years or less
- Must hold an LPN licensure in the State of Wisconsin
- Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA from previous coursework

- At least 2 years of experience practicing as a registered nurse
- Prepare Advanced Practice Nurses in primary health care as family or geriatric nurse practitioners or nursing educators.
