All of the steps in the admissions process must be completed before you can be enrolled in classes.
APPOINTMENT-Students must attend a required Information Session or schedule an individual appointment with the Regional Director.
FINANCIAL AID- Start this process IMMEDIATELY! It takes approximately 3-6 weeks to complete this process. Apply for a FAFSA Pin number at www.pin.ed.gov Then complete the 07/08 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov . The Concordia University Wisconsin federal school code is 003842. The first time you use Federal Education loans at Concordia, you must complete two online processes: At www.dlssonline.com click on Online Student Loan Counseling Interview. Then click on Stafford Entrance. Using your FAFSA pin number, complete steps one through five and submit the test after reviewing the content. Print the confirmation page or note the confirmation number for your records. Then complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) in 10 easy steps at http://dlenote.ed.gov . OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS-Please contact all of your prior colleges and universities to request official copies of your transcripts. If it applies to you, contact your military or police branch for transcripts. Use the "Request for Official Transcript" form to obtain your transcripts. NOTE: Copies of transcripts and transcripts marked "Issued to Student" are not acceptable. It is best to have your transcripts mailed directly to the address below.
