Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):

Frequently Asked Questions -

1. - How long will it take to earn my degree?
The length of time varies for each student, and is contingent on the number of transferable credits. A student with no prior college experience can earn an associate degree in typically 21-23 months, and achieve the bachelors level in about 3 years. Students who have two or more years of prior college can typically finish their bachelors degree in two years.

2. - Is Concordia an accredited school?
Yes! Concordia University is a fully accredited institution. This means our credits will transfer to other colleges and universities, and our graduates are fully eligible to go on to graduate school or law school. In fact, many of our students have!

3. - How many transfer credits will Concordia accept?
We will accept a maximum of 80 transfer credits. Our policy is that at least 48 credits must be completed at Concordia in order to receive a degree from our institution.

4. - When do classes start?
New schedules begin each September, January, and May. This does not mean that you cannot begin studies at other times during the year, you can begin anytime. An academic advisor will assist you in developing a schedule that meets your needs.
