WHEN WILL MY START REPRESENTATIVE CONTACT ME?

All new students are contacted 3 times during their first year of school.

  1. The first contact is made by phone after the student completes their first few classes
  2. The second contact is made by email halfway through the student’s first year of school.
  3. The third contact is made by email near the end of the first year of school.

WHY WOULD I CONTACT MY START REPRESENTATIVE?

Your START Representative is an available resource for you during your first year of school.

Here are two common reasons why students contact their START Representative:

  1. You may have an issue or concern that you are not comfortable discussing directly with your center staff.  Your START representative can assist you with resolving that issue.
  2. You may want to share information that you would like to be kept confidential from your center.

If you have any questions or concerns about the START process, please feel free to contact Ann Rice at the Green Bay Center.
