Upon registration for an Adult Education course, the student will receive, via email, a textbook form along with instruction on how to order textbooks included in the Book Loan Program.

Complete the Adult Education Textbook Order Form

Upon receipt of form, office of E-Learning will ship textbooks (via UPS) from Concordia University Wisconsin and pay for shipping charges to the shipping address listed on form. A return shipping label will be included with the shipment.

Upon completion of the course, student is responsible to return textbook(s) to:

*NOTE: For AL 107 Student Success Strategies, textbooks do not need to be returned. For all other courses, textbooks need to be returned in "GOOD" condition. If we determine that the textbooks are not suitable for reuse, the student will be charged for the textbook.
