In addition to your application, please submit the following:

1. One page essay as to why you would like to enroll in the graduate program that you have selected.
2. Resume
3. Two recommendations that are academic or professional in nature using the Recommendation Form or recommendation letters on letterhead may be submitted
4. Official transcripts from all previous college experiences Transcript Request Form
