The Educational Administration Degree program is designed to equip teachers and administrators with skills in decision-making, leadership, human resource management, teacher evaluation, organization, and public relations.

Applicants for the M.S. degree program must hold a state teaching license or be eligible for a license by having graduated from an approved college or university with a degree in education.

Wisconsin residents also have the opportunity to achieve the Wisconsin State administration license for elementary and secondary schools through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Licensure can be achieved along with the Master's Degree or can be achieved separately, if the student already holds a Master's Degree in another field.
