Overview

The MBA program offered at Concordia University-Wisconsin, at either the Green Bay Center or Appleton Center offers you the opportunity to accelerate your professional growth by earning a MBA degree while maintaining full-time employment.  Today's dynamic business climate demands that business managers be prepared to meet the challenges in many global administrative and business settings.  This MBA is readily adapted to meet the needs of students from engineering, health, non-profit, religious, and other fields.

The evening MBA program is specifically designed for the working professional in Northeast and Central Wisconsin.  Coursework combines theoretical background with practical knowledge students can use in their jobs the next day.  Taught by practicing business managers, this cohort based program provides students with a strong foundation in business theory and application.  Course instructors use a mix of formal lectures, class discussions, case studies and other corporation-based models to give students a comprehensive understanding of an increasingly intense international business environment.

Topics of study in the MBA curriculum include quantitative analysis, operations management, organizational behavior, legal and ethical issues, human resource management, and global business policy and strategy.  Strategic management is a Capstone Course that is taken last in the MBA course sequence. The capstone course interweaves all aspects of business and corporation management.
