I was amazed how quickly I was able to apply what I learned from the Nursing Research and Human Learning/Motivation classes to my practice. By applying the Neuman System Model and other learning strategies, I was able to resolve a conflict a student nurse was experiencing in a clinical setting. The group projects were fun, a great way to network and make new friends.
