- Handbook for Internship

Concordia University Wisconsin considers the graduate internship to be an integral part of a student’s professional development. This internship provides the opportunity to relate student personnel administrative theory to the applied student service profession.
The Student Personnel Administration Intern spends a minimum of 100 hours working directly in a college or university setting under the direction of a mastered degree professional. An internship ordinarily is one semester long.
Internships are designed so that the intern has the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of activities that Practicing Student Service professionals engage in: budgeting, conducting in-services, planning activities and events, development, consulting other professionals as well as serving students in many other ways
