Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) is participating in the “For the Sake of the Church”
endowment and recruitment campaign initiated by the Concordia University System to double the number of sons and daughters from our LCMS congregations who attend our campuses.
Your investment in higher learning will translate into greater rewards as more leaders become available for service to Christ in the Church and the world. More church workers will proclaim His Salvation.
CUW has made a substantial commitment to attract and develop your future workers for the harvest. CUW’s “Church Work Gift Aid” program was the first of its kind in the Synod, and it is paying off. Students now enrolled (currently over 900- record enrollment) in our church work programs have grown by 400 percent during the past four years.
In order to make it possible for more of the sons and daughters from our Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod congregations to receive a Christian higher education in the tradition of the LCMS, we must raise the scholarship and endowment funds that will make it possible. As we do so, we will make it financially feasible for the next generation of leaders to form their development within a spiritually nurturing Concordia educational experience faithful to the LCMS doctrine and practice.
