INTERESTED IN ATHLETIC TRAINING? PARTICIPATE IN CONCORDIA'S ANKLE TAPING MARATHON MEQUON, Wis. - Are you unsure what Athletic Training is, and would like to learn more about it in a fun nonthreatening environment? If so you should attend Concordia's ankle taping marathon in celebration of Athletic Training Month on Friday, March 21, from 6 -8 p.m. in Concordias Field House and Athletic Training room.
During the event, students from Concordia's Athletic Training Education Program will attempt to tape the ankles of as many willing volunteers as possible in one hour to raise money for the university's Athletic Training program. Following the marathon, these same students will host a social to answer questions that people may have about the field of Athletic Training. They will also offer tours of Concordia's Athletic Training facilities and demonstrate various skills needed to be successful in the field.
