MILWAUKEE BUCKS HEAD COACH, LARRY KRYSTKOWIAK, TO SPEAK AT CONCORDIA'S SPRING BUSINESS LEADERSHIP SERIES MEQUON, Wis. - Milwaukee Bucks Head Coach, Larry Krystkowiak, will be the guest speaker for Concordia University's spring Business Leadership Series breakfast on Thursday, March 13, from 7:30 - 9 a.m. in Siebert Lutheran Dining Hall. Krystkowiak, will be speaking on "Developing a Game Plan for Life and Work."
Tickets for the event are $160 for a table of eight or $25 for an individual ticket. The fee includes a breakfast along with the presentation. To make a reservation, contact Michelle Buss at 262.243.4337. Table reservations include a company mention in the event program. Free parking is available in the university's east parking lots along the lake. Reservations must be made by March 5th.
Leadership series attendees will also receive a voucher valid for discount tickets to the April 12, Bucks versus New Jersey game (Bucks Legend Bobblehead Night) or the April 14, Bucks versus Chicago game (Fan Appreciation Night). Series attendees will be able to purchase lower level seats which usually cost $96 for only $66 or lower level seats which usually cost $51 ticket for only $36. Both options also include a voucher for a slice of pizza and soda at the game.
Krystkowiak was named the 10th head coach in Bucks history in March 2007 and is currently in the middle of his first full season as head coach. Originally he was hired by the Bucks in 2006 as an assistant coach to Terry Stotts. He came to Milwaukee following two seasons as the head coach at his alma mater, the University of Montana. He remains Montana's all-time leader in points (2,017) and rebounds (1,105) after playing four years for the Grizzlies from 1982-1986. In 1989, he became the only player in men's basketball history at Montana to have his number retired. Drafted by Chicago in 1986, Krystkowiak played nine NBA seasons, including five with the Bucks.
Krystkowiak and his wife, Jan, who played college basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, have five children, and reside in Mequon.
