ULICE PAYNE TO SPEAK AT CUW BUSINESS LEADERSHIP SERIES

MEQUON, Wis. � Organizers for Concordia University Wisconsin�s Business Leadership Series announced today that Ulice Payne, Jr. will be the featured speaker discussing �Life�s Decision-Making Matrix: Guidelines for Choices,� on Thursday, October 27, from 7:30 � 9 a.m.

 

Corporate tables of 8 are available for $160. This fee includes having your company�s name  a table sign and in the event program. Individual seats are also available for $25. All fees include the presentation and a breakfast buffet. Space is limited in Concordia�s Siebert Dining Hall.

 

Payne currently is serving as a managing member of the Brookfield consulting firm Addison-Clifton, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations.     Payne is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club.  Prior to joining Addison-Clifton, LLC,  Payne was the Managing Partner of the headquarter office of the Foley & Lardner LLP law firm and also served as Chair of the International Business Team at the firm where he represented global and domestic companies in cross-border transactions.

  

Payne received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1978 and his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 1982.  He studied in the Masters of Law program at the University of London, England from 1986-1988.  Payne received an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Marian College of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in 2004.

 

Payne currently serves on the Board of Directors of Northwestern Mutual, Badger Meter, Inc. (AMEX), Midwest Air Group (NYSE), State Financial Services Corporation (NASDAQ), Wisconsin Energy Corporation (NYSE) and National Board of Directors of the YMCA/USA.
