MEQUON, Wis. - Dr. Louis A. Menchaca will be leading the Symphonic Wind Ensemble in their final performance for the school year on Sunday, April 22, 2007, at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Christ the Triumphant.

By exclusive arrangement with NFL films, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble will be performing the Wisconsin premiere of "Touchdown Suite" by Tom Hedden at this concert. Mr. Hedden is resident composer for NFL films in New York. His "Touchdown Suite" is presently being used for the Pro Football Hall of Fame IMAX Game Day Theater which features the run for the Super Bowl from training camp until the crowning of the new champion.

The Symphonic Wind Ensemble and Chamber Orchestra will also be performing a wide range of repertoire of 20th Century classics including: "Finlandia" by Jean Sibelius; 2nd Suite for Band by Gustav Holst; "Rocky Point Holiday" by Ron Nelson and other significant works for wind, brass and percussion instruments.
