The Student Personnel Administration (SPA) program is designed to assist individuals working in student personnel service positions in high schools, colleges and universities. The program helps to prepare you for career opportunities as staff, including assistant deans and deans in admission, resident life, student activities, academic advising, diversity and campus ministry. Classes are taught by a team of outstanding faculty who are practicing student affairs professionals from both the public and private sectors.

  • Students may pursue a seminar project as their capstone course.
  • Classes are designed for the working professional and are scheduled in the evenings and during the summer.
