Milwaukee Handbell Ensemble Workshop
John Behnke, clinician
A "Refining Your Ringing" handbell/handchime workshop by clinician and MHE conductor,
John Behnke, for ringers and directors alike. A quick review of all techniques, demonstration of rehearsal techniques using a free piece of music and discussion on how to improve your overall ringing. Additional sessions on bass bells, treble bells, rhythmic coordination, conducting, weaving and bell changes will be offered by members of MHE. MHE will also serve as the demonstration choir. Participants will need to bring some bells, foam, gloves, music folders, handchimes, and mallets. Tables will be provided. $12 per ringer. Call 262-243-4240 to reserve a place. Limit 80 ringers
