1. Focused exam by RN/NP:  FREE (An order/a prescription may be written by an NP for medication, or a diagnostic test—lab, x-ray, EKG…)
2. Limited supply of over the counter medications and basic first aid supplies:  FREE
   
3. Blood pressure, height/weight checks:  FREE
   
4. Complete physical for school or sport:  $30 plus required labs (e.g. urine dip + hemogram/lab draw for nursing = $20) ( e.g. 3 titres required for OT/PT = $73)
   
5. Loaner crutches, wheelchair, humidifier, heating pad: FREE
   
6. Breathing (nebulizer) treatment = $10
   
7. Ear irrigation = $10
   
8. Rapid step = $10
   
9. Mono spot = $10
   
10. Urine dip = $5
    
11. Accu-Chek (blood sugar) = $5
12. TB skin test = $5 (Offered any weekday but Thursday)
    
13. Allergy shot = $8 (multiple $15)
    
14. Lab draw = $5 + cost of the test(s) (All lab work is sent to ACL Lab in West Allis, WI—they will bill your insurance company directly for each test ordered, otherwise they bill CUW and we bill you—you must indicate who to bill at the time of your visit)
    
15. Pap/pelvic exam = $10 + cost of lab test(s).
    
16. Random drug screen collections per Athletic Department requests.
    
17. Offer a limited supply of medications (Amoxicillin $10, Inhaler $20, eye drops $10…)
    
18. Offer blood borne pathogen training:  FREE.
    
19. Offer American Red Cross CPR/AED training: $15 recertification.
    
20. Provide health/wellness education (Walk the Line, Healthy Eating…) in collaboration with other departments (e.g. Counseling, Student Life).
    
21. Provide information on student health insurance.
22. Stock of the self care box in the waiting room area (Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, antacid, antibiotic ointment, bandages, Hydrocortisone cream…): FREE (help yourself!)
