Mission Statement
The Faculty Development Committee provides opportunities for the continued personal, spiritual, and professional growth of faculty members. This committee offers a variety of activities including faculty workshops on issues with direct bearing upon our academic community.
The Faculty Development Committee meets monthly and is comprised of nine faculty members elected by the faculty for 3-year terms. The chair is elected by committee members at the first meeting of a new school year.
The Faculty Development Committee works on behalf of each faculty member at Concordia University Wisconsin by focusing on special and various needs, including: spiritual development, faculty research & grant writing, annual faculty retreats, faculty integration, teaching solutions, and conferences.
