Other Libraries:  If you need library materials the SWITCH consortium does not have, you can search area libraries' electronic catalogs for them and check out up to 3 items at a time with an InfoPass; please ask a CUW librarian to issue this to you.  If area libraries do not have the materials or you cannot get to area libraries, you can submit an Interlibrary Loan Request form available in the library or on the Interlibrary Loan Request Form (book requests are $5.00 apiece and articles are 15 cents per copied page; allow two weeks for delivery).
