Interlibrary Loan Requests
Interlibrary loan is provided as a service to Concordia University Wisconsin students, faculty and staff with a valid CUW ID. This service is to fulfill requests for materials NOT available through TOPCAT.
All ILL requests submitted are generally processed and ordered within 24 hours. Every attempt is made to fill the requests in as short as time span as possible. Please allow at least 2 weeks to fill your request. Some requests, usually for specialized and hard to find items, will take more than 2 weeks and may never be filled. Requests are filled at the discretion of the lending library, and due dates, renewal periods and fines are determined by that library. Books are the property of the lending library and can be recalled at any time for use by their patrons. Any fines assessed for overdue materials will be passed on to the Concordia University Wisconsin patron.
For further information, contact Carol Mittag at 262.243.4420.
Plan on at least two weeks for an Interlibrary Loan book or article to arrive.

WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or other reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright.
I agree to comply with these restrictions. (Failure to check box will cancel your request.)
By submitting this request, you agree to pay the fees ($5.00 per book or $0.15 per photocopy page)
