To aid and assist Faculty, Staff, and Students of the University, and the University itself, when any of the aforementioned are faced with situations that threaten safety and/or property. This shall be accomplished in accordance with the rules and regulations of this University, as well as the local ordinances of the City of Mequon and the statutes of the State of Wisconsin.
