Who we are:
The purpose of Concordia University Wisconsin's Biology/Pre-Medicine Club is to broaden the biology/pre-professional student's experience in biological science; provide programs representative of medical/dental professional interests and concerns; foster a sense of Christian stewardship for all of God's creation both living and nonliving; and aid in the scientific understanding and development of each student. Concordia's Biology/Pre-Medicine Club will encourage participation in community activities and student participation in interdisciplinary activities. Biology Club has been a campus entity for several years, but until now has never sought recognition as an official one. We feel that the club has become well-established enough and regular enough to now do so.
What we do/have done:
In past years Biology Club often welcomes professionals in relevant fields to give presentations on campus - often with food and drink. Other activities include regular outings either for fun or education, so the members can learn and get to know one another.
