Functioning as a professional organization we feel it is necessary for the development of the University and for SAM/Business Club to provide opportunities for those on campus to get to know us.

Since 2001, we have hosted a pie eating contest during Spring Fling, a campus wide event, which allows many different groups to get involved with SAM/Business Club and have fun while doing so.  We have contests every half hour on the hour for 3 hours during the day of Spring Fling.  Contestants sign-up while they are roaming around visiting other booths.

In 2003-2004, we had two other events to boost the club’s name and notoriety.  This fall we sponsored a Pizza Party giveaway entitled “Pizza Party Day Give Away.”  We had a drawing of tickets in which there were 3 winners.  First and second prize won two large pizzas, soda, and chips.  Third place winner received a $15 gift certificate to the local movie theatre.  In an effort to give back to the community, our members provided homemade cookies to Ozaukee Family Services for their Senior Citizen’s Christmas Party.
