Example of student introduction to submitted paper:
My paper is due on Tuesday, December 6th. The assignment is to write a 12-15 page paper about a professional application of English proficiency in the workforce. I chose to research journalists and how they are making use of recent technology to do their jobs.
This is my rough draft and I still would like to expand some ideas so that the paper is long enough. I need help with in-text citation in APA style. (Am I doing those right?) Some weak areas for me are comma usage and tense agreement. I don't know what else to say in my conclusion either. I am not used to research papers so please help me with my quotes and paraphrasing.
I look forward to seeing what you have to say!
