Augsburg is made up of double rooms for women and single rooms for both men and women. Men and women are separated by floors and all single rooms have personal sinks. Community bathrooms are shared by floor and a lounge is available for all residents. Many rooms have a lake view.
Guest House is the smallest of residence halls. With only eight beds (two per room), house style living promotes a strong community. Located separate from the main campus, a community kitchen, living area, and bathroom are shared by the occupants.
Heidelberg is an all women's hall that houses mostly freshman. Rooms consist of between three to four residents that share a community bathroom with the rest of the hall. Community kitchen and lounge areas are available for residents.
Katharine is an all suite style female hall. Each suite has between two and four occupants who share a bathroom. Some rooms have a lake view. Some handicap accessible rooms are available.
Peace Center is located separate of the main campus. Located along the lake, this all men resident hall has suite style living. In addition to the shared bathroom, each individual room has its own sink. Each suite is shared by three or four men. Community kitchen and lounge areas enhance the living experience.
Regents is the newest of Concordia's residence halls. All rooms have two bedrooms, a living area, and a bathroom. Four residents occupy each room and men and women are separated by hall. Handicap accessible rooms are available.
Wartburg is an all female residence hall with suite style living. In most rooms, four residents share a living space and two bedrooms. They also share a floor community bathroom. Some two person suites are available with a personal bathroom. Wartburg has new beds in every room.
Wittenberg is the largest all men's hall. Rooms vary greatly but most are two or three occupancy, sharing a community bathroom. There are some single rooms, quads and rooms with personal bathrooms. A quite hall is available that is designed to promote study and responsible living habits.
Woodmere Apartments are located in Cedarburg (about ten minutes from campus). The two bedroom apartments house four residents by gender. A full kitchen is provided and therefore a meal plan is not required of students living in the apartments. Internet and a phone line are provided to each apartment. Concordia policies still apply to the Woodmere Apartments. Transportation is required.
