Registration for MIAD classes takes place twice a year: once at the beginning of November (for spring classes) and once at the beginning of April (for fall classes). Registration is handled through the CUW art department.

MIAD classes fill quickly and only those Concordia students who follow the registration procedure quickly and completely get the classes they want.

Directions:

1. Download the MIAD Co-op registrations form (below)
2. Complete both forms.
3. SEND a digital copy to Professor Hoffman as an email attachment.
4. PRINT hard copies and obtain required signatures.
5. SUBMIT signed forms to the Art Office (Loeber 107).
