Ann C. Rice, M.O.B., has been Center Director of Concordia University’s Green Bay/Appleton Adult Learning Center since 1988. She began her career as a part-time employee with ten students, while completing her undergraduate degree in Management & Communication at CUW. Ann was promoted to Regional Director in 2004 and currently oversees operations at the Green Bay, Appleton, Midtown, Kenosha and St. Louis Centers.
With her varied background in working in a multitude of settings, Ann offers unique insight into many aspects of organizational life. In addition to being an educator and advisor, Ann has a broad background in educational administration, communication and leadership and finds the most rewarding part of her position to be helping others meet their personal and professional goals.
Ann enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading and doing volunteer work at Pilgrim Lutheran Church. She and her husband Tom have three grown children, Jennifer, Lyndsay and David.
