Diana Raasch returned to the Concordia staff on June 1, 2001, and is frequently heard to say, "I believe I have the best position on campus; I have the privilege of serving CUW Alumni who are employed in a variety of vocations and occupations around the country and the world.”  Concordia Alumni include those who have graduated from the Milwaukee campus and currently graduate from the Mequon campus.  These alumni received a degree from Concordia as high school students, undergraduate students, Adult Education students, Master’s students, or Doctorate students.  “I am blessed to serve Concordia and my Lord in this role.  I also interact with parents, present and past. I can relate to the present CUW families and the feelings of sending children to college.”

"I am greatly blessed with a wonderful family.  My husband, Rev. Randolph Raasch, alumnus from the Class of 1976, is very supportive and loving.  Randy has served as Administrative Pastor at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and as an adjunct professor here at Concordia since the early 1990’s.  We have two daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah, both alumnae of Concordia University Wisconsin."

Prior to June 2001, Diana enjoyed working as a Technical Recruiter.  Reflecting on her past, Diana said, "I had the opportunity to enhance my career as an independent recruiter and as the Director of Recruitment of an Information Technology consulting company in Milwaukee, and the resulting experiences have blessed me abundantly."  Prior to recruiting Diana worked in the Adult Education Department of CUW for six years, which included serving as the Director of Continuing Education.
