Diana Raasch returned to the Concordia staff on June 1, 2001.  Diana says, "My position is a wonderful challenge.  I have the privilege of serving CUW Alumni who are now employed in a variety of occupations around the country. Concordia Alumni include those that graduated as traditional students, Adult Education students and Master Degree graduates.  I am blessed to serve Concordia and my Lord in this role."  

Prior to this, Diana enjoyed working as a Technical Recruiter.  Reflecting on her recent past, Diana says, "I had the opportunity to enhance my career as an independent recruiter and as the Director of Recruitment of an Information Technology consulting company in Milwaukee."  Prior to recruiting Diana worked in the Adult Education Department of CUW for six years, which included serving as the Director of Continuing Education.

"I am greatly blessed with a wonderful family.  My husband Rev. Randolph Raasch (Alum from Class of 1976) is very supportive and loving.  Randy serves as Administrative Pastor at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg and as an adjunct professor here at Concordia.  We have two daughters who are currently students in the education and business schools."

Likewise, I interact with parents (present and past). Because I am a current Concordia parent, I can relate to the present CUW families.  Sending children to college is very different from the past. I serve as a liaison to the parents and it is a joy to do so.
