Admin Assistant-President

Lynne Schroeder has been with Concordia since October 1997, where she serves as the Administrative Assistant to the President. She holds an MBA (2004) from Concordia University Wisconsin and a B.S. degree (1982) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, majoring in Business Administration and German.

Lynne has served as Member Development Chairman for the Central Illinois and South Wisconsin Districts LWML, where she has conducted workshops in time management, accepting change, mentoring, and dealing with stress. She has received training in leadership skills and planning.

Church activities include: choir, handbells, Bible study leader, and active participant in LWML. She also serves her Lord as a soloist (vocal & instrumental); and plays the oboe, as well as both the soprano and alto recorders.

Her interests include music, quilting, cross stitch, knitting, crocheting, and gardening.

Lynne is married to the Rev. Ricky Schroeder.  They are blessed with three children: Stefan, Ryan, and Hannah. Their church home is Divine Savior Lutheran Church in Hartford, WI.
