David W. Borst is Director of Graduate Business Programs (MBA) and the Executive Director of the Office of International Student Services. He has been at CUW since December of 1996, and has extensive background in running academic programs, specifically in adult education and non-traditional delivery systems.
Dr. Borst is the regular instructor at the graduate level for corporate finance, and teaches at the undergraduate level in small business administration and marketing research. In addition, he has consulted for a number of organizations. His MBA is from Marquette University (1987) and his Ed.D. is from Argosy University (2003).
The MBA program has approximately 550 students, comprising the largest number of students in the graduate program. There are ten areas of concentration within the degree. Some students go on for their doctoral degree while others take the CFA Examination upon completion of the MBA. The CUW MBA is the third largest program in the region. MBA classes are taught at 12 different locations around the country
An avid snowmobiler, Dr. Borst also enjoys coaching and playing basketball.
