Elizabeth Evans serves as the Program Director of Business Management in the School of Adult Education, with the rank of Assistant Professor. In this role she develops curriculum and monitors student learning in the Business Management and Human Resource Management Majors. Elizabeth came to Concordia in 1998 as the Center Director at the Sherman Park Center (now Midtown) and then moved to the program director position in Mequon in 2001. Elizabeth also hires and supervises adjunct faculty for her two majors for the Mequon and Sheboygan locations and organizes faculty development efforts for the Mequon Adult Education Center.
Elizabeth is a student of the academic study of Adult Education, with a Masters Degree in Administrative Leadership of Adult and Continuing Education from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee where she is currently a Ph.D. student in the Urban Education Doctoral Program with a focus on Adult and Continuing Education Leadership. Elizabeth is the author of several adult education courses including Philosophy of Values and Ethics in the Business Management major and Social Psychology and Managing Change in the Human Resource Management major. Elizabeth teaches courses in the adult education program including Managing Change, Student Success Strategies, Social Psychology (E-Learning), How Adults Learn, and independent study projects.
