Concordia University Hosts Mequon Mayoral Candidate Forum

In anticipation of Election Day on April 5, Concordia University is hosting multiple events in March for students and community members to engage in the civic process and learn about candidates, starting with a City of Mequon Mayoral Candidate Forum on March 9.

The Mayoral Candidate Forum will begin at 7 p.m. and take place on Concordia’s Mequon campus, 12800 N. Lake Shore Drive. The event is sponsored by the university and the nonpartisan League of Women Voters of Ozaukee County.

Incumbent Dan Abendroth and challenger Aaron Armstrong will voice their visions and priorities for the mayoral office and answer questions submitted by audience members. Note cards and pencils will be provided.
