We love the spirit of young believers. In fact, we have a campus that’s full of people who are not so far removed from their own high school experiences! So we’re perfectly positioned to play a role in helping nurture young Christians’ faith. Whether the youth we reach become future Concordians or not, we know we’re ultimately equipping the Church through the various ministries and resources listed below.

Campus Ministry Leadership Team

Concordia students who volunteer for CMLT stay extremely busy throughout the year. Here are a few of the ways our students plug into your church’s youth ministry efforts:

  • Youth Ministry (YMin) — YMin leaders aren’t afraid to pull an all-nighter for the sake of the Gospel! Concordians lead a total of 20 lock-ins each year at churches in the area, exposing youth to 12 hours of devotions, games, activities, and worship. Interested in requesting YMin for your church? Reservations are made each year, starting on the first of July, at www.cuw.edu/youthministry17. Spaces fill up by early September, so be sure to book early.
  • Children of God in Action (CIA) — Let the little children come to Him! CIA is CUW’s children’s ministry. The group hosts annual events on campus including the Fall Festival and spring Easter Bash. Check Concordia’s Upcoming Events (*Link to Upcoming Events page) page for details on this year’s events.
  • God’s Production Company (GPC) — Envision a one-day VBS for your kids. From biblically themed puppet shows, skits, songs, and more, GPC can cater their presence to fit your church’s needs. Reservations are made each year, starting on the first of July, at www.cuw.edu/gpc17. Availability is limited, so be sure to book early!
  • Haven2Go — We have some gifted student-musicians at Concordia, and we’re willing to share them with you! Students in the Haven2Go band spend the better part of each month traveling to local congregations, schools, and other special events to offer their musical talents. You may make a request at www.cuw.edu/haven2go17, but—you guessed it—space is limited, so be sure to contact us in July!
