Application Process

Students who would like to pursue the PharmD/MBA dual degree must first successfully complete the PharmD application and admission process.

Students who have been admitted into the PharmD program at CUW are eligible to apply for admission into the PharmD/MBA dual degree program by submitting a brief supplemental application.

Once the PharmD/MBA supplemental application is submitted, it will be reviewed by MBA program representatives and an admission decision will be made.

Pre-requisites for the PharmD/MBA dual degree

Students entering into the PharmD/MBA dual degree program will not be required to hold a bachelor’s degree to gain admission. Additionally, students not meeting the MBA pre-requisites in accounting, finance, management, and marketing may take MBA 513/813 Business for Administrative Professions to fulfill these requirements. MBA 513/813 can be taken after admission into the PharmD/MBA dual degree program.

Application Process

Students who would like to pursue an MPD degree in addition to the PharmD degree must first successfully complete the PharmD application and admission process.

Students who have been admitted into the PharmD program at CUW and wish to also pursue the MPD degree are eligible to apply for admission into the MPD program by completing the MPD application process.

Admitted PharmD students can complete the MPD application process either before starting the PharmD program, or in the P1 or P2 year.

Once the MPD application materials are submitted, it will be reviewed by MPD program representatives and an admission decision will be made.

Pre-requisites for the PharmD/MBA dual degree

Students combining the PharmD with the MPD degree will not be required to hold a bachelor’s degree to gain admission into the MPD program, however, they must have taken the MPD pre-requisite courses.
