Concordia University Wisconsin’s accelerated degree programs are designed for working adults like you. With the option to choose between online learning and evening classes that meet once a week, you get complete control over your education without having to sacrifice your family life or your work schedule.

How to apply as a transfer student

  • Complete our application for free by using the waiver code: STARTNOW
  • Have your official transcripts sent to an admission counselor from each of the college you have attended.
    • If you have completed less than 60 college credits, you will need your official high school transcripts and official college transcripts
    • If you have completed 60+ college credits, you only need to submit your official college transcripts
  • Complete your FAFSA, and make sure to add our school code: 003842

What's next?

  • Your completed application will be reviewed for eligibility by admissions
  • Once admitted, the Registrar’s Office will complete an official transfer credit evaluation
  • Students who meet CUW’s entrance requirements will receive communication outlining the next steps
  • Admitted students who have completed their FAFSA will receive a financial aid package after enrollment of at least 6 credits
