Actor and professional funnyman Dave Coulier, most notable for his role as Uncle Joey from the iconic ’90s TV series “Full House,” will be performing stand-up comedy at Concordia University Wisconsin on Oct. 3. An exclusive event for CUW students only, the 9 p.m. comedy show, with a Q & A session to follow, is part of Coulier’s nationwide Cut It Out College Tour.

Coulier comes to Concordia with a legacy of comedy behind him. He hosted “ABC’s World’s Funniest Videos” and “America’s Funniest People,” which ran on ABC for four seasons. He also hosted his own series on Nickelodeon called “Out of Control.”

Highly regarded for his voice-over talent, Coulier’s additional credits include many Saturday morning cartoon favorites. He began by doing voices of Hanna-Barbera’s “Scooby Doo” and the re-syndicated version of “The Jetsons.” Coulier then went on to lend his versatile voice to Jim Henson's multiple Emmy Award-winning animated series, "The Muppet Babies," where he portrayed Animal, Bunsen Honeydew, Waldorf and Statler, and Bean Bunny. Coulier also voiced Peter Venkman for "The Real Ghostbusters" cartoon and the Cartoon Networks' "Robot Chicken and China," among other voice-over credits.

Coulier is best known for his role as Joey Gladstone in the hit ABC television series, “Full House,” which aired for eight seasons (1987-1995) with 192 episodes produced. Coulier is currently co-starring in “Fuller House,” the “Full House” remake airing on Netflix.
Coulier performed his clean stand-up on "The Tonight Show," HBO's "Detroit Comedy Jam," and HBO's "Comic Relief" at Radio City Music Hall. Coulier continues to sell out shows at colleges, corporate events, casinos, nightclubs and theaters.

Coulier’s performance will take place in the Todd Wehr Auditorium. Admission is free to students. To submit questions for the Q & A session, email them to student.activities@cuw.edu or post them on social media using the hashtag #CUWasksunclejoey.
