Concordia University Wisconsin’s (CUW) School of Pharmacy, in partnership with the Batterman School of Business has launched the Concordia Medication Management Accelerator (CMMA) to assist health care organizations and communities establish Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) as a fundamental component of primary health care services across the state of Wisconsin.
The Concordia Medication Management Accelerator (CMMA) is an 18-month initiative to integrate comprehensive medication management (CMM) into primary care services across the Wisconsin health care system. CMMA will surface effective CMM programs and foster growth by creating conversations among a number of stakeholders to create demand and opportunity for these services across the state.
Ten health-related organizations with strong CMM service proposals will be selected to receive help in developing and building their CMM business models. Additionally, one Wisconsin-based start-up business seeking to offer technology or services that will support or provide CMM services will receive a monetary award to initiate its CMM venture.
Organizations, partnerships, executives, physicians, pharmacists are invited to create or join a team and propose an innovative CMM pitch. Proposals will establish or expand an already existing CMM program and bring your business vision for growth to an intense and exciting development effort.
CMMA offers organizations a chance to take CMM programs to scale and help inspire innovation in health care across Wisconsin.
