Mission Statement

The Human Resources Department strives to be a strategic business partner with the University to facilitate positive change and help build an environment of success that challenges and inspires people to their highest level of contribution. The Department will actively seek to:

  • understand and anticipate the emerging Human Resource needs of the University and the people who work within it
  • serve as an internal consultant to facilitate employment activities within all levels of the organization
  • effectively integrate new technologies and methodologies into daily operations to provide timely accurate information
  • ensure that the organization has the competence it needs to advance
