At a scheduled meeting of the Board of Regents (the "Board") held on May 12, the Board voted unanimously to interview the three candidates who were approved by the Prior Approval Panel (the "PAP") and appeared on the list of highly-qualified candidates identified by the search committee.

The Board has instructed the search committee to interview

• Erik Ankerberg, Ph.D.
• Rev. Dr. Charles Gieschen
• Rev. Dr. Jamison Hardy

in the presence of the Board no later than August 1, 2022. If one of these candidates is deemed to be the right mission fit, a call for President will occur as soon as possible.
