U-Lifeline

U-Lifeline is a mental health resource designed specifically for college students. The site includes fact sheets on mental illness and mental health; articles on wellness habits; emergency Resources available on and off campus; and a self-evaluator to screen your own symptoms. Evelyn's Place

Concordia’s S.M.A.R.T. Lab is for students to optimize their achievement, success, holistic well-being through the development of stress management skills and resiliency training. Once you have been oriented for use of the Lab, you may access it 24/7 using your CUW ID card. Contact the Student Life Office to learn more about Evelyn’s Place.

Counseling Center

Concordia’s clinically-trained, empathetic counseling staff is here to help you navigate any struggles you may face while at Concordia. The Counseling Center is open Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (evening hours by appointment). There is also a counselor on call 24 hours/day. If this is an emergency, please call the Campus Safety department at 262-243-4344.

Comfort Dog

A unique aspect of our counseling services is our Comfort Dog Ministry! Spend some time with Zoey or Sage to refocus, relax or re-energize yourself. Contact the Counseling Center for more information.

Good Samaritan Team

The Good Samaritan Team (GST) is an interdisciplinary behavioral intervention team that identifies and ministers to students deemed to be at risk to themselves or others socially, mentally, physically, and/or spiritually. We encourage faculty, staff and students to contact the Dean of Students if they have concerns about the well-being of a Concordia student.
