Requirements for transfer students

  • Take 5 minutes and complete our free application

What’s next?

  • Once you have completed your requirements, we will personally review your application and make your admission decision.
  • Once you are admitted into Concordia University Wisconsin, your Admission Counselor will send your official transcripts to the Registrar’s Office for the official Transfer credit Evaluation. This will detail both what is being transferred in along with what is left to complete your degree, based off of the specific program requirements to complete for that particular program.
  • Students who meet our entrance requirements will receive a comprehensive acceptance packet outlining many of the next steps.
  • Admitted students who have completed their FAFSA will receive a financial aid package. Don't be surprised when you see how affordable your CUW education can be!
  • Your counselor will be available to answer any and all of your questions while we help you complete the enrollment process
