Community feedback summary report released
The Presidential Search Committee has compiled feedback from key stakeholder groups received through the All Community Survey and Listening Sessions.
The online All Community Survey was made available March 1-30, 2021 to a wide variety of audiences. Respondents reflected an array of stakeholder groups including students, faculty, staff, donors, friends of the University, community members, and LCMS constituents.
The committee also conducted more than a dozen Listening Sessions throughout April. The Listening Sessions invited representative members from the above-listed constituent groups to provide verbal feedback.
The responses from these efforts were compiled into the Summary Report below.
The feedback was used to create the Presidential Candidate Profile, which outlines the preferred professional experiences, essential values, and personal characteristics of the University’s next leader.
