The Concordia Medication Management Accelerator (CMMA) Performance Story Symposium will highlight the efforts of health care teams and start-up businesses around the state of Wisconsin who are advancing the practice of comprehensive medication management (CMM). Teams participating in an 18-month learning and action collaborative will share the results of their efforts to improve the health and medication use of the patients they serve.
Health care professionals, faculty members, health care payers, innovators, government officials, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in the safe and effective use of medications are invited to attend.
