--THEMES--

Theme One- Develop Member Confidence with Leaders, Vision, and Charitable Gift Planning Support

  • MEMBER CONFIDENCE is developed by increasing familiarity and perspective. This conversation will provide the Biblical, cultural and economic facts and benefits that will encourage stewards. Identify motivations that impact charitable decision-making which also help people in their personal planning. Position your ministry to build confidence in long-term funding management.

Theme Two- Building Trust in Communicating Your Mission's Vision and Missional Practice

  • BUILDING TRUST happens more intentionally when leaders understand how to serve people and partner with LCMS experts. Discover how your congregation can initiate and sustain charitable donor services. Learn how the LCMS Foundation’s ‘Lifetime Plan for Giving’ program stewards members with pastoral care. Discover what a Gift Planning Counselor does and what can your congregation do to support a Leadership Team to build readiness and organizational planning. Identify what patterns are effective and how to adapt these for your ministry, as members establish their own giving plans to support today’s and tomorrow’s generations.

Theme Three- Engaging People: Lifetime planning for Intentional Charitable Living and Giving

  • ENGAGING PEOPLE will be planned in this interactive session. We will work together to start the conversation by informing people through literature and presentations that moves them to personal contact with a trusted guide. Discover how a trusted charitable guide who represents your congregation’s mission makes a difference.
