Event Information Registration deadline: "Change Management in the Church" online course

This course marks a first-time partnership for the two schools in the area of online pastoral continuing education offerings.

Change Management in the Church will be taught by CLS's Dr. David Peter, CUW's Dr. Erik Hollander, and First Immanuel Lutheran Church's Rev. Randy Raasch, and will focus on the following topics:

• Emotional intelligence and leading change
• Overcoming fear of change
• Teams, collaboration, and evaluation
• Dealing with conflict in the church

• This course begins April 5, 2021
• The sessions are asynchronous, meaning they can be completed at any time after the launch date.
• An opening and closing session will be held live via web conference and recorded for later viewing.
• The course is affordable at $99 and accessible to all in an online format.
• Pastors can earn 6.0 CEU credits.
• The course (offered over six weeks) includes video lectures, optional readings, recommended assignments, and peer discussion activities.

WHO SHOULD ENROLL?

The course is especially appropriate for ordained LCMS pastors, commissioned church workers, and lay leaders.
