Mr. Einhorn has extensive experience in business valuation, acquisition searches, management buyouts, and sales of privately-held businesses. He graduated from Cornell with a major in chemistry and received a Masters of Polymeric Materials from Brooklyn Polytechnic and lives In Milwaukee.
