Join us on Friday, December 10th to receive your first, second, or booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine! As of October 2021, the CDC and FDA have authorized boosters for Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines and allowed for ‘mix and match’ on vaccine booster doses. This means that the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine available on the Mequon campus can be used as a booster for patients who have received the initial Pfizer series, Moderna series, or Johnson & Johnson single COVID-19 vaccine.
Get your vaccine now to provide additional protection for traveling and family visits during the upcoming holiday season! Come for the vaccine and stay a while for music, snacks, a $50 gift card raffle, and plenty of holiday cheer. In case you cannot attend, Concordia is also running clinics every Tuesday from 5-7pm for all members of the community, ages 5 and up.
